SELF-assured

When I allow myself to be led from within,

By what naturally arises: 

All I do flowers and fruits.

When I allow myself to rest fully in my body,

When I allow my breath to expand my belly,

When I rest in my own essence:

I achieve CLARITY.

Even if it’s only for a moment.


A moment is enough for a life-changing decision.

It takes only a moment to set the course.

It takes one moment of pause to see the path to take,

And it only takes one step to change orientation,

To face the right direction.

One moment:

One fully inhaled breath,

One gentle languorous exhale,

For Presence to change your life.
